SCOREscotland is a charity operating in the West of Edinburgh. Like most charities, we deliver our services on a shoestring budget. We constantly have to prioritise as we implement our objectives designed to make meaningful difference in the lives of our client groups. The work we do is vital but it is time consuming because we have to overcome barriers such as prejudice, language, racism and poverty in order to meet our goals.

In the current overall financial conditions, our funding situation has inevitably been adversely affected as competition for diminishing resources intensifies within the voluntary sector.
