In our final year of CashBack for Communities Youth X-Change Projects three-year journey, the initiative continued to support Minority Ethnic young people through a holistic and preventative approach. While the original aim included fostering stronger ties with Police Scotland, the focus over most of the project naturally shifted toward strengthening relationships between young people and their schools. Building on the groundwork laid in Years 1 and 2, we have concentrated on enhancing engagement in education, improving attendance, and supporting positive interactions with teaching staff.
