FREE Printing Workshop for 11–17 Year-Olds with Artist Nkem Okwechime
We’re excited to offer young people aged 11–17 the chance to take part in a FREE printing workshop with professional artist Nkem Okwechime on Friday 10th October, approximately 2:00 – 4:00 PM (flexible if needed)! 
Over the past year, Nkem has been working with the National Museum of Scotland , exploring his Nigerian family heritage through the museum’s African collections. This research inspired his amazing art installation “Okolo” (named after his great-grandfather), currently on display until the end of October.

During the workshop, participants will:
Get hands-on making their own prints with guidance from a professional artist
Explore creativity inspired by heritage, history, and museum collections
Hang out and have fun with friends in a relaxed, interactive environment
The workshop takes place at the National Museum of Scotland 
, with transport provided by taxi and snacks included.
